Our system automatically detects payments made via bank transfer, so you do not need to confirm manually.

Shipping

• Orders will be processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location. For made-to-order products, processing may take 5–10 business days.
• We use JNE, J&T, Sicepat, Paxel, Grab and Gojek for domestic shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• For international orders, we ship via Rayspeed Asia. International shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
• Adorable Projects is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, extraordinary events, or courier policies.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our part.
